To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯門三聖出名食海鮮，朋友遠道而來就揀左間有風味的大排檔，我們首先去海鮮街買海鮮，樣樣都大隻好吸引。去到大排檔職員會幫我們寫菜， 以及點算海鮮，也會提議如何整法。我們點了「蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子」「上湯龍蝦伊面底」「鼓召炒蜆」「蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝」「薑蔥鮑魚煲」「椒鹽賴尿蝦」，每樣都煮得唔錯我們另叫了好出名的「燒鵝」例牌，嘩 堅好味，香口，肉質易入口。 再加了上湯豆苗，也十分好味。*溫馨提示：先提醒每食完一味菜才起另一碟，今次一次過上哂菜，絕對食唔切，又怕凍
