To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯門碼頭確實係一個好去處，環境幽靜，可以步行下沙灘，行下海邊。當你行到餓了，附近有個啟豐商場，入面全部都係一此特色小店，別有一番風味。今次小編黎試一試，由住碼頭既朋友介紹既餐廳-寶島。餐廳評分 (最高為5️⃣)味道 ：😻😻😻環境 ：😻😻😻Cp值：😻😻😻服務 ：😻😻😻價錢：😻😻😻由於係朋友介紹，都知道大概有咩好食。但我地食完個豐富早餐，未係太餓，所以就冇選擇飯類。今次我地食既係窩燒韓式辣醬拉麵配雞扒及芝士海鮮窩燒拉麵。成個窩燒咁上，真係好似去左韓國🇰🇷個d市場食拉麵咁，好有韓式風味，而且個雞扒都好酥脆，放落湯到食都唔會太淋，又可吸到d湯汁。而芝士海鮮，d海鮮都好多，有蠔仔，有魷魚等。再配上芝士，真係十分夾，有d似芝士撈麵咁，有濃濃既芝士香，但又冇芝士撈咁油膩，的確不錯。成個麵雖然都係韓國公仔麵，但佢用好地道既韓式窩燒，再配上特別醬汁，成件事就好有韓式風味。
