To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又係御海灣附近覓食,發現指定嘅時間食全雞只需要$48,我就揀咗六點呢個時段去食,而且仲有下午茶餐。-1.烤雞首先佢係焗爐新鮮出嚟,不過唔知係咪放咗一陣所以變到有少少暖,不過都唔影響肉質嘅,雞肉外皮香脆,而且好有肉汁,雞香味亦都好重,醃料唔算太多,都係基本調味,不過雞胸就有少少老,不過其他部份都幾嫩,唔會韌,呢個價錢算係唔錯嘅。2.酸辣粉同埋海南雞飯(下午茶餐)酸辣粉就普通,因為米線軟爛,沒有咬口,不過個湯底就幾香辣,海南雞都幾滑,而且配合脆蒜以及香蔥,醬汁都幾惹味,而且有酸蘿蔔,酸酸味味好開胃。3.烏龍冷泡茶有茶包浸住,淡淡嘅茶香味,不算太濃。總括來講都幾抵食嘅,而且坐係出面嘅枱好舒服,經開不妨一試。❤️

酸辣粉就普通,因為米線軟爛,沒有咬口,不過個湯底就幾香辣,海南雞都幾滑,而且配合脆蒜以及香蔥,醬汁都幾惹味,而且有酸蘿蔔,酸酸味味好開胃。
