To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西九龍food court 選擇既多又平宜，當中我最喜歡就是這家以鐵板飯為主打的店。看上去和PEPPER LUXXX 極度相似，不要以為是山寨就是不好，鐵板飯味道亦極佳，但價格就便宜十幾元。三十多元就有飯、有雞、有牛又有湯或飲品，簡直是窮人恩物。無疑雞扒只有三份之二手掌那般小，但外皮脆口，配上黑椒汁惹味非常。粟米粒甘甜，加上惹味醬汁，實在令人想添更多白飯。這樣的份量對我這個小女子來說是剛剛好的，但對男子漢來說就可能是略有不足了。我覺得店員的服務態度是挺不錯的，有特別叮囑我小心板邊會熱。因為它價錢實惠，所以成為了我一再光照顧的小店。
