To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

山東餃子館地址:太子花園街224號地下B號舖話說咁啱有一日去咗太子，突然好想食上海野！🤤🤤是是旦旦咁無所謂行咗入大姐山東餃子館，居然有驚喜😍。茴香鮮肉水餃 + 京蔥羊肉水餃🥟$54大隻餃子煙煙韌韌，好有口感，肉汁餡料比足料真係抵食🤩，肉和菜的比例差不多一半，京蔥羊肉水餃一定係必叫😎，一咬落去會有好多肉汁超級juicy，而且好濃郁羊騷味，係羊控人士必食！相反茴香鮮肉水餃就正正常常，無咩太大特別😝。擔擔麵🍜$48濃濃花生醬加少少長花生粒再配上辣辣地嘅湯底😋，幼麵掛湯力都幾足，不錯。韭菜鮮肉水餃 + 蕃茄鮮肉水餃🥟$50餃子隻隻都好夠大隻，皮唔會太薄夠煙韌，肉汁餡料豐富，肉汁不缺😝，肉和菜的比例差不多一半，雖然食得出係有新鮮蕃茄味😏，但如果比較起來韮菜啲味道會較為香同突出😙。羊肉串🐑$28羊肉串一咬落去會食得出好重羊騷味係羊控人士必食😌，但美中不足係肉質比較靭咗少少😂。蔥油千層餅🥙$36一層又一層嘅蔥油餅，蔥油香味好重，啱晒​​來配餸羊肉串😛，不錯。
