To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次經過都想食,今次終於的起心肝買返屋企食。叫咗一個$68加大皇牌烤雞餐配牛肝菌汁+雞油飯+烤雜菜+低糖檸檬水+$12加配焗薯一個茶餐$36烤焗雞髀蘑菇飯+$6配手工奶茶皇牌烤雞餐隻雞係幾好食嘅,肉好嫩滑,牛肝菌汁都幾好味。不過隻雞有少少生,有啲位置有血紅色,啲肉有啲黐住骨。雞油飯有啲乾,可能係因為佢用微波爐加熱的。烤雜菜有好香嘅孜然味,但係都係比較乾,我估都係因為微波爐加熱所以乾。低糖檸檬水,我覺得有啲甜,可能係因為我平時飲檸檬水唔加糖😝焗薯好好味😋茶餐烤焗雞髀蘑菇飯烤焗雞髀,肉比皇牌烤雞乾,味道我覺得皇牌烤雞好食啲,唯一比皇牌烤雞好就係隻雞脾係熟嘅蘑菇飯好食,但汁比較少,食到中間已經冇汁了手工奶茶變壞咗,有陣酸味🤮🤮🤮,波子頭問我係咪山楂奶茶,有啲酸酸哋,我試飲咗一啖立即吐出嚟🤮🤮🤮,最後全支倒咗冇飲之前有屋企人係屯門另一間分店買過返嚟食,我覺得另一間分店味道比較好,份量亦都比較多。下次可能寧願行遠啲去另一間分店買😝😝😝

隻雞係幾好食嘅,肉好嫩滑,牛肝菌汁都幾好味。不過隻雞有少少生,有啲位置有血紅色,啲肉有啲黐住骨。

雞油飯有啲乾,可能係因為佢用微波爐加熱的。

烤雜菜有好香嘅孜然味,但係都係比較乾,我估都係因為微波爐加熱所以乾。
