深水埗太子一帶嘅文青店愈開愈多📚,我同朋友呢日就去咗座落於界限街嘅「山系。本舍」食晏。小店新開㗎,我上個月經過佢都仲未開。門外睇都知餐廳好細間,但點知真係只得六個座位😳,所以我哋去到都等咗陣先有位。老闆娘見天氣咁熱,拎咗把風扇比我哋吹住等,好好人。店舖面積雖小,不過裝修就好有味道。吧枱位對正廚房,但並唔會燻到個身成浸味。再者,呢度亦擺放咗魚缸同掛上粉筆畫作點綴,營造山系主題🏞。佢係一間有賣飯同麵嘅文青店,所以我哋可以喺度正正經經食餐晏🥢。午餐選擇有十幾款,價錢中等,介乎$68至$148不等,另收加一服務費。吾卵「系」叉燒飯($78),你以為佢係黯然叉燒飯?非也非也,我認為應該叫佢做滑蛋豬腩飯先至啱。🐷豬腩肉有兩大件,每件都長長的,經微微炙燒後將啲油香迫咗出嚟,即使係肥膏位,但都無油膩嘅感覺,而且肉質細嫩,唔嚡唔韌。🍳蛋係第二主角,炒蛋好滑好多汁,可媲美蛋包飯。🍚飯用上珍珠米,粒粒分明,軟硬適中,但由於有好多餸,顯得啲飯好少。紅色一粒粒嗰啲唔知係醃薑定醃蘿蔔,但爽爽的,好啱伴飯。肉燥溏心蛋拌手打烏冬($78),🍜烏冬未食都已經有加分位,皆因佢熱辣辣出晒煙咁送上。肉燥唔一定要配飯,原來配烏

肉燥溏心蛋拌手打烏冬($78),🍜烏冬未食都已經有加分位,皆因佢熱辣辣出晒煙咁送上。肉燥唔一定要配飯,原來配烏冬都好好食。麵條採用日本手打稻庭烏冬,麵質彈牙兼掛汁。肉燥好Juicy,鹹甜味控制得宜,混合埋紫菜絲同藏紅花一齊食,份外香口。🥚溏心蛋流心效果一流,但得半邊唔夠喉呢。飯麵或沙律嘅午餐均奉送兩款是日前菜,佢哋分別係枝豆同麻醬沙律菜🥗。

飲品方面,新張期內凡惠顧午餐即送一支價值$28嘅山系自家製特飲。呢日係樽仔奶茶,估唔到都幾好飲🤤,口感細滑,而且亦唔會過甜。

總括嚟講,依間山系小店相當唔錯👍,年輕男廚師一人包辦晒廚房所有工作,但並唔會手忙腳亂,準備充足,上菜速度快。我哋今日食嘅兩款午餐都好好味道,又有自家特色,但份量多啲會更佳🙈。有機會我想嚟試吓佢嘅晚餐,值得令人期待,但首要條件係要預先打電話嚟訂枱,哈哈。
