餐廳:山系。本舍 (太子)地址:太子界限街23號地下A1號舖因為鍾意行山⛰,成為山系男子,開埋呢間山系。本舍 @yama_shouzhi ,老闆想藉住自己嘅餐廳帶出——香港其實有好多值得欣賞嘅餐廳,正如香港有好多好靚嘅山值得大家去行🏃🏽‍♂️餐廳唔大,座位得10個之內,一張長bar枱齊齊share用,未必可以放到好多嘢,不過就凝聚咗一種拉近同食客距離、親密嘅感覺,一班朋友7-8個喺到包場食飯都唔錯😆麻雀雖小,五臟俱全。餐廳擺設咗好多日系裝飾🪆,有好幾個酒櫃🍾,而我坐嘅位置咁啱前面就係一個細魚缸🐠,一邊食嘢一邊望住啲細魚游嚟游去非常治癒🥰✝️手工櫻花蝦醬拌手打烏冬 $68老闆將自己炒同調味嘅櫻花蝦醬加入日本手打稻庭烏冬裡面,本身見到一大堆醬喺烏冬中間以為會好濃味或者好鹹,但撈勻嚟食又啱啱好幾惹味😎,以陣陣櫻花蝦香味為主🦐,彈牙嘅烏冬、帶軟殼有咬口嘅櫻花蝦,加上香蔥同配料嘅爽脆清香,看似簡單,不過口感層次幾豐富👍✝️吾「卵」系叉燒飯 $78呢個叉燒飯吾「卵」系講笑😍,真心幾有驚喜,除咗喺餐廳嘅招牌定食之外亦喺我幾鍾意嘅一個飯,老闆致力親力親為😇,用自己整嘅叉燒醬汁醃製叉燒腩,兩大塊肥瘦勻均嘅叉燒
