今日途經電氣道,突然下著雨,剛巧看見上海弄堂菜肉餛飩店鋪,便入內避雨兼食過早晚飯,有聞它的下午茶套餐又抵又好食,坐下便選了三個套餐:~香菇烤麩加擔擔麵,菇味濃郁,烤麩和雲耳既爽口又不油膩, 擔擔麵的麵條爽口滑嫩,師傅用花生丶蝦米丶豬肉丶蔥等等切成碎粒放入湯內,與麵連在一起吃,鹹香微辣,香氣撲鼻,非常惹味,有咬感;~花雕醉雞加擔擔麵, 酒香濃郁,雞肉嫩滑彈牙,有口感;~無錫小排骨加菜飯,甜鹹味道平均,小排骨既不肥又不韌,有嚼勁。越吃越開胃,再選多一道菜肉餛飩,以西洋菜做主打的餛飩,味道清淡豬肉和菜同樣新鮮,有嚼感,果然是主打菜式。結算時與侍應員聊天才知悉這店是第一間老店,已開業二十年了而且又加開兩間分店,這麼久也能屹立不倒真的有其長處。
