外表似三角炸餃嘅Samosa係印度著名嘅小食之一🥟炸到金黃嘅脆皮包住咖哩蔬菜餡料 十分惹味☺️而Palak Patta Chaat係用麵粉裹住菠菜葉炸成🍃好似炸紫蘇葉咁 沾上芝士 牛油果 同紅石榴🧀味道酸酸咸咸 十分開胃嘅餐前小食😙

Kerala style curry味道係香料味偏淡嘅黃咖哩🌮配上啖啖蟹肉嘅taco🦀令我覺得幾新奇 有特色得嚟 又幾易入口😋而Fish Koliwada就係沾上辣粉嘅炸魚塊 食落比較冧身 唔算好有記憶點🤔

Lamb Galouti Kabab一個圓形嘅羊肉肉餅🐑原本以為香料味會好重 但食落係濕潤嘅羊肉碎 混入些許豆蔻同孜然🧂似串燒羊肉串嘅味道咁 幾香口惹味😉而另上嘅雞肉球用檸檬草醃製 有淡淡嘅清香🍋加上creamcheese同香草等配料 令雞肉味道層次增加🐥

Tandoori Mushrooms用咗yogurt, 辣粉同香草燒烤而煮成🍄酸酸地有微辣 十分惹味開胃😋而蘑菇都幾juicy😆而旁邊有一舊白色嘅長方體😂食落質感好結實而又無咩味 原本以為係豆腐🤨但原來係cream cheese加薑蒜粉同檸檬草製成的芝士🧀就咁食感覺怪怪的 無咩味 同蘑菇一齊食 就會令口感豐富啲 更綿滑煙韌😛

沒有令我失望嘅招牌菜 一上碟就超級香🤩濃濃嘅忌廉令咖哩質感綿滑有厚度🍛而咖哩嘅味道屬微辣🌶淡淡嘅蕃茄香帶出醬汁嘅鮮甜🍅而毫不吝嗇嘅黑松露汁絕對係神來之筆💫每一口沾上咖哩嘅nan都品嘗到濃濃嘅松露味😍而雞肉就當然十分入味 令我地食唔停口🐥

一款蕃茄味好突出嘅羊肉咖哩🍅羊肉燉得好軟冧 肉質香嫩🐑而呢款咖哩蕃茄比例十分多 而香料都相對較重🧂質感比butter chicken更加稠密🥘整體口味偏濃而咸啲 有少少似肉醬咁🤔好適合沾garlic nan 或者配飯🍚十分特別嘅一款咖哩😊

食咖哩除咗配nan之外 一定要配印度香米🍚粒粒分明炒到好乾身嘅香米🥣混入豆角 蘿蔔 香菜 香蒜等豐富嘅蔬菜配料🥬重點要點嘅係另上嘅Cucumber Raita 有微微青瓜清香嘅yogurt醬汁🥒減低咖哩等主食嘅油膩感😋

令我覺得有驚喜嘅甜品💥雪糕應該係芒果開心果味🥭但加咗鍊奶 質感超級結實 味道都好甜😮而隔離圓碌碌似湯圓嘅熱食Gulab Jamun 係一個好結實 以奶, 糖漿, 牛油製成嘅超甜蛋糕🍬兩樣野分開食 味道都係甜到爆 同好結實好難咬🫣但放埋一齊之後 係有冰火相耐嘅感覺🧊雪糕融入Gulab Jamun 似係雪糕撞上心太軟 變成好夾好好味嘅甜品🥹

絲滑細膩嘅mango lassi 好似啖啖芒果肉喺口中咁🥭質感偏稠 好有飽肚感😂加上些微嘅香料 為mango lassi增添印度風情❤️‍🔥十分適合夏天嘅飲品⛱️

總結:
沒有失望嘅正宗印度餐廳🤩食物嘅口味未必100%match香港人嘅口味 但係好食嘅食物無分國界😋而且餐廳嘅裝修 熱鬧嘅氣氛 同友善嘅服務態度 都非常之加分💯唔怪得餐廳座無虛席 咁受香港人同印度人嘅歡迎😊
