To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期的最後一日，同朋友去中環周圍行下，係大館同原創坊瀏覽一翻，感覺都幾充實🤗。行到咁上下我地去左歌賦街依間上海餐廳食晚飯，真心都唔錯幾好味道😝。先叫左個一人套餐，我地簡左鎮江肴肉，獅子頭配菜飯☺️。鎮江肴肉膠質原豐富，配上少許醋更顯鮮味😉。獅子頭好耐無食過，肉質鮮嫩，肥瘦適中，味道不錯。小棠菜亦好鮮甜🤗。菜飯唔會好油也不錯。嘅砂鍋雲吞雞份量好豐富！有雞，菜肉雲吞，同小棠菜。依個我覺得幾岩食，同出面其他餐廳砂鍋雲吞雞，佢一D都油膩😄，個湯飲落好清香，有淡淡的雞味，同埋都有少少金華火腿係入面。菜肉雲吞好飽滿，入面餡料充滿鮮味🤓。我地另外再叫左4件小籠包亦整得幾出色，皮薄而結實，小籠包亦充滿湯汁，熱辣辣地食好好味😆。佢地D食材都幾新鮮，好味道，值得再去😋

獅子頭好耐無食過，肉質鮮嫩，肥瘦適中，味道不錯。小棠菜亦好鮮甜🤗。
