To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

何車車仔麵 （大南街店）位置易搵 ，不過黎到都要排返15-30分鐘，ok既😆，啱晒夏天無晒食慾時食返餐湯麵🍜呢間就近太子出口少少，但想打卡靚要去到界限街個間🏠————————————☘特色撈麵（跟油麵）👍🏻 $45➪ 有得揀麵，既然食撈麵，當然要揀返啲粗身掛汁既麵類啦😆—油麵醬汁係🧄🌶蒜油麻辣，食得出粒粒乾蒜，落多啲都唔驚，麻辣味唔算出，但汁可能加咗少少甜豉油調味😆-跟媽媽水餃🥟（3粒），算幾大粒，似雲吞多過水餃，咬落有啲散-燒腩肉🥓，有3大舊，咬落有少少乾，不過唔會過肥啱晒夏日食，一碗唔過$50，抵食😋但就唔算大份————————————☘湯麵跟麻辣底 $37➪ 我太想食啲湯水嘢，叫咗米粉+麻辣底麻辣係幾香辣椒味，都幾夠辣-跟牛栢葉，處理得唔腥，份量ok ，食落爽口 😋-燒牛舌芯，好似有啲硬？🤣想食多汁嫩滑既燒牛舌，可能要揀返間靚靚居酒屋
