來自岩手縣嘅帆立貝,可以用清酒或牛油煮,我選擇咗用清酒煮,由完全封閉燒至開殼,再拎入廚房清理,然後拎返出嚟再燒,肉質厚身又鮮甜,清酒味香濃又不過火,店員建議先食裙邊,因為比較快凍
