星期四是開例會的日子,經歷了崩緊的一整個上午,當然需要一頓豐盛的午餐來緩和一下,好久冇食壽司,同事提議來棉登徑這邊食一間佢食過好好味的日本料理,我當然樂於一試。午市有很多定食選擇,亦都有散叫壽司,價錢都算合理。先食個三文魚同火炙三文魚壽司,先食個火炙的,趁熱食嘛,燒得好香,在面果層的三文魚被燒熟了,有啲位仲燒到有少少金黃添,有少少三文魚脂被燒熔了,滲於三文魚肉之間,好正!加拿大海膽壽司,真係貨真價實!點解老闆可以咁慷慨,海膽同壽司飯的比例簡直係差唔多一比一,我叫我同事幫手影咗張相大家可以見到,加拿大海膽厚到有一疊咁。很喜歡滑溜有濃郁的加拿大海膽味,就好似食緊一個加拿大海膽蛋糕咁,上面就係一層厚厚嘅海膽cream ... 至於油甘魚壽司,係我最喜愛的壽司,上面塊油甘魚超厚,口感好好,又好濃郁的油金魚味一入啊就衝晒出來。蔥花吞拿魚腩,唔單止有細細的蔥花提出了吞拿魚獨有的魚鮮,仲好細緻地加上炸蔥絲,多一種層次感。帆立貝壽司,大大粒的貝肉,直接將佢半圓中間切開,放上細小小的壽司飯上面,想唔到咁樣比起傳統的食法更加食到帆立貝的鮮甜!真鯛壽司,上面的魚片就好像一片半透明的塊玉,吃入口覺得好重魚鮮味
