To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友知道我中意食川菜，係觀塘番工既佢今日就帶我黎呢間川菜館食飯，超正既介紹！我地叫佐麻辣口水雞($98)🐣估唔到呢度嘅口水雞係咁大碟，有成半隻雞咁多，超級抵食🤩麻辣口水雞好香，麻辣咪好囉，有好多芝麻好香，辣椒同埋辣油令到啲雞肉好入味，雞肉全部都煮得啱啱熟，皮嫩肉滑，超香超好食。另外我地叫佐時尚麻辣鍋($198)🍲呢個麻辣鍋係一個干鍋，每一樣材料都爆炒到好香，係加埋辣椒一齊落去爆炒，所以啲辣味入晒落啲食材度🌶️啲蝦就好新鮮好彈牙，午餐肉都好好味，另外蓮藕毛肚椰菜花嗰啲都好香，成個都係香口惹味之作！
