To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去太古shopping, 經過一間川粵菜館,這裏全是卡位雅座設計,坐位舒適,光線十分充足,感覺舒服。我們不食辣的菜式,所以都是選了不辣的粵菜。-薑蔥大魚頭 很大的砂鍋放滿大魚頭和魚腩件,魚 件先走油,炸得外脆內嫩滑,再用了大量的洋蔥和香蔥炆煮,上台已聞到陣陣香味,十分好味!-蜜椒鱔球 鱔球炸過後,肉質爽口,再與彩椒炒 煮,增加口感。 -鳳梨咕嚕肉 咕嚕肉煮得酸酸甜甜,還有菠蘿和青 椒配搭,十分惹味。-青城山杏汁燉豬肺湯(1位) 湯很清甜,非常清潤。-白飯
