無辣不歡的我今日相約知音人一起去吃四川菜,朋友之前介紹了銅鑼灣一間四川菜於是便去試試,進入了餐廳看見裝飾得高級精緻中國風的椅子及雀籠吊飾,坐位也很寬闊空間感十足,牆上有着蝴蝶的裝飾,別樹一格。陳醋菠菜 冷盤的菠菜,菠菜好爽口陳醋味道好香濃,菠菜加入花生,越吃越開胃,讚 !秘製金湯酸菜鱸魚平常的酸菜魚湯底只是除豬骨,鮮雞,但金湯是加入了鮮魚之外還加入了蝦膏熬制令到鮮味更出眾,酸酸辣辣湯底美味,酸菜爽脆,鱸魚軟滑肉質細嫩,而且無骨。巢辣子雞辣子雞粒炸得脆,粒粒脆口,加入了脆麻花,略帶微微辣。四川擔擔麵湯底味濃擔擔麵麵條細滑,加有芝麻醬、肉碎、脆花生碎、川冬菜、蒜末、和蔥花,整體來說中規中矩。
