To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日有特別任務, 代哥哥送糭子給叔叔慶賀端午節,  叔叔非常開心, 還請我去他家樓下那間 [八月茶室] 吃晚飯, 餐廳是孖鋪,  門面好闊. 打開玻璃門, 看見餐廳好整齊, 光猛.   客人多, 氣氛旺. 裝修別致, 天花掛著不少大圓形球体, 牆上也有圓波波 設計, 這個  八月 構思,  好特別.店員好勤快, 替我們安排座位, 送上餐單, 大家自選, 食物範圍很廣, 有中式廚房煲仔小菜, 海鮮......川辣糸列, 小吃..... 粉, 麵, 飯, 西餐還有鐵板扒.....叔叔點了兩個小炒及招牌酸菜魚.   等上菜時, 在桌櫃桶內,   大家自取餐具,  好方便. 中式牛柳  首先送到,  配了白飯例湯 +$12,  熱飲 +＄10.  看看中式牛柳,  上檯熱騰騰, 香噴噴. 牛柳好肉又大塊, 口感嫩滑,  酸汁混合 西方茄汁調味正,  有菠蘿及洋蔥,   食得回味無窮.    香煎西檸雞 :   也是配了白飯例湯 +$12,  熱飲 +＄10.   西檸雞, 已去骨, 炸漿很薄, 炸得金黃香口, 外皮夠鬆脆,  檸檬再加上芝麻香, 烹調技術真不錯. 啖啖雞肉夠嫩滑,    酸甜菜
