To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

《正中雲桂香酸辣粉》今天同朋友去官塘裕民坊見到位於牛頭角道343號有間食酸辣粉的，入去睇下好似好好味，於是我們倆個就話試下味道正唔正中，對於我來講鐘意食辣嘢的當然叫重慶正中紅薯粉而且系中辣，想像唔到有甘辣，里面已有花生米，榨菜，咸酸菜，蔥，莞茜，服務員拿過來時一陣陣飄香酸辣味，份量好大碗，而紅薯粉又好彈牙，真系正中重慶酸辣紅薯粉，價錢又平一大碗先系28蚊，抵食，另外叫左一碗雲吞湯有肉，有菜，有酸菜好大只，一大碗有六隻，而個人感覺皮比較厚，而湯酸酸可口，小食叫咗一碟炸春卷，有五條，外層好香脆，都幾好味，一邊食辣當然就會想飲嘢加左7蚊有一杯檸🍋茶，都幾划算。喜歡食酸辣粉的不防可以過去試下。
