個人十分喜愛潮州菜,所以很留意關於潮州菜的,最近發現觀塘工廈,有一間新開的潮州菜館,今晚便來到一試。鹹酸菜$13,放上枱時,已經聞到涼伴麻油的香氣,酸甜味道適中,胃口已被打開,令人期待主菜的來臨。滷水鵝腸$160,滷水味道香濃,而不會過醎,以味道和香味來說,算是一個很棒的汁醬。鵝腸爽口香脆,滷水豆腐嫩滑入味。方魚肉碎粥每碗$48,除方魚碎和肉碎,還有冬菇和芹菜,味道香甜,是正宗的做法。份量有四碗之多,以這個價錢,算是超值。紹煮鹹豬肉$108,鹹豬肉是腩肉,被煎香後帶出肉的味道,紹菜份量頗多,少肉多菜,是健康的生活模式。合桃露是贈品,甜度適中,合桃味濃。
