To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚約咗朋友喺觀塘工業區食飯,小妹喺牛頭角返工,6點鐘就準時收工,距離食飯時間仲有個半鐘,咁就慢慢沿住觀塘海濱長廊行去觀塘啦。今日雖然好熱,但黃昏時份,溫和嘅陽光,伴隨著陣陣嘅海風,感覺還好。喺海邊慢慢散步,遠眺郵輪碼頭,欣賞徐徐嘅日落,望住海面上泛起金光閃閃嘅海水,真係一天嘅煩惱都消失晒。行下行下,又行到觀塘廣場附近,就見到成業街,而喺成運工業大廈一樓嘅新匯聚亦都好易搵,樓下有個大燈箱,上一層樓梯就到門口了。本來對於工廈裡面嘅食肆嘅環境都無咩期望,但入到去見到裝修都還可以,近門口有個魚缸養住少量嘅魚蝦蟹,內裡環境燈光火猛,企企理理,唔似果啲舊式工廠大廈食堂。呢度多數都係圓枱,側邊就有幾張卡位,掛牆亦都有幾部電視,冷氣亦都好足夠,就當晚所見到全場滿座,真係估唔到放工後嘅工廠區都會咁熱鬧。同老闆傾開計先知原來佢以前係喺牛頭角下邨開大排檔,想當年我都幫襯過幾次,特別鍾意佢嘅小炒菜式夠鑊氣。估唔到老闆原來轉址繼續經營,實在難得。出嚟食飯就當然叫啲平時喺屋企唔會煮嘅巧手餸菜,又或者係廚師推介實無死錯人啦,我哋叫左個出名嘅杏汁燉豬肺湯、四川手撕雞、招牌話梅骨、蝦湯浸勝瓜。先飲個 杏汁燉豬肺湯試

先飲個
杏汁燉豬肺湯試下先,奶白色嘅湯底,見到裡面有好足料,師傅話要落雞就係要取其鮮味。聞落有淡淡嘅杏仁味,就好似杏霜嘅味咁,雖然係用雞嚟燉制,但一啲都唔怕油膩,個湯仲好鮮甜。杏仁本身潤肺養顏,豬肺又可補肺,雞湯又夠滋補,真係滋潤到入心入肺,飲完個個都爭住要添飲。連我本身唔會飲杏霜嘅,都接受到呢個湯,只係聞落有少少杏仁味,但飲落就係雞湯味,所以唔鍾意杏霜嘅人亦可以一試。

天氣熱我都鍾意食啲涼拌菜式,
四川手撕雞睇個樣已經好吸引,有辣椒、青瓜、番茄、洋蔥、芝麻。我最鍾意手撕雞啖啖肉,一啖咬落去,皮爽肉滑,好香麻油味,仲有洋蔥同辣椒渗出少少辣味,唧埋青檸汁落去酸酸辣辣仲開胃,真係越食越想食,我相信我一個人都可以食晒一碟呀。

呢度嘅
招牌話梅骨望落好似京都骨咁,食落有點酸酸微微嘅話梅味,又少少甜甜哋,骨肉均稱。原來老闆專登用起出話梅肉烘乾,再磨成粉末加入調味料之中,咁就可以令到每一件排骨都沾有話梅的香氣,果然好有心呀,抵讚。

蝦湯浸勝瓜,蝦湯好鮮甜味道唔嗆喉,湯裡有大量嘅蝦米增添蝦湯嘅咸鮮味,煮到啲勝瓜好入味,又唔怕煮得太淋,簡簡單單,又清清哋嘅一道菜。

Other Info. : 隨著觀塘區開始轉型,由以前嘅舊式工廠區,陸陸續續興建好多甲級商廈,跨國企業亦都有進駐呢一區,食客嘅層面廣泛咗,客人對食物嘅要求質素亦都有所提高,客人需求增加,當然亦都多咗唔少新食肆進駐,競爭自然多咗。有實力嘅食肆當然可以吸引到多啲客人,要留住一班熟客,保持住食物嘅質素當然重要。 而新匯聚嘅老闆亦都深明呢個道理,隨咗保持到食物質素外,亦不時加添新元素,重要嘅係老闆亦都好識留住客人嘅心,見佢幾乎每一枱都行過去親自招呼,新客又派卡片,同熟客閒話家常又問一下對食物嘅意見呀,我覺得佢真係好有心去做呢間舖,呢度食物質素又唔錯,價錢又經濟實惠,所以我有機會都會再去幫襯下,支持一下清雲哥先。
