To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又多一間美食在官塘工廈，最初朋友講都不信，今次來到駱駝漆大廈，步入餐廳，已經坐滿人。看看餐牌，都有很多套餐選擇。真鵝肝澳洲和牛M8定食鵝肝外面煎得香脆，內裡剛好，入口即融，很香。M8澳洲和牛很鮮嫩，肉質軟綿綿，牛肉味也很好。另加$10就可加一份小食~燒三文魚骨，燒得很香脆，不油膩。蜜脆活鰻魚丼鮮鰻魚外面包著香甜的蜜汁，香脆可口，鰻魚非常新鮮彈牙。香甜的鰻魚汁滲落一粒粒的米飯，非常好味。再加另一款小食～芝士雞翼，外皮炸得香脆，肉質也很多。

鵝肝外面煎得香脆，內裡剛好，入口即融，很香。M8澳洲和牛很鮮嫩，肉質軟綿綿，牛肉味也很好。
