近年都好流行慢煮呢個概念,食物煮完唔得過熟,肉質比較滑,而且食材要比較優質新鮮先可以用黎慢煮。之前黎過呢度兩次,都因為太多人排隊放棄左,今次特登早啲去等位,終於食到啦!🤩/慢煮三文魚配牛油果丼🌟大大件三文魚份量都夠多,配埋牛油果同火龍果意外幾夾,而且仲幾開胃,/慢煮火炙牛腹扒丼🌟牛腹扒慢煮完大概七八成熟,岩岩冇哂血水,肉質夠哂腍,撈埋溫泉蛋仲滑好多。平時唔鍾意食飯既我,米飯撈埋牛肉汁真係可以食多幾啖。
