來到觀塘吃飯兼聚舊,今次上了工廈食私房菜。麻辣手撕雞,伴青瓜絲,清新爽脆。荔茸百花卷,用了芋頭、芹菜、新鮮大海蝦去做,口感鬆化,有點似炸芋角。什菌豆腐大蜆湯,湯底鮮甜,豆腐莞茜亦有清熱解毒的作用。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇,蟶子皇近乎手掌那麼長,肉質鮮甜,火喉剛剛好,而粉絲吸收了蒜蓉和蟶子鮮味,精華之萃。滷水鵝皮薄入味大肉蟹花雕雞油蛋白蒸,原隻大肉蟹同蛋白一齊蒸,蛋白吸收了蟹的鮮味和花雕香味,嫩滑無比,而且大肉蟹仲啖啖肉超正!蒜片牛柳粒,粒粒牛柳粒甘香肉嫩。金銀蒜爆龍躉魚,炸得外表金黃,肉質彈牙。蟹油銀芽炒麵,加入了蟹油和豉油,口感甘香,又不會太油膩。甜品是芒果布丁,芒果味濃郁,滑嘟嘟!
