To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到觀塘一間工廈入面覓食，全因爲被呢間店鋪的圖片吸引住。見到佢圖片上面嘅牛肉麵十分精緻，所以引唔住去捧捧場先。呢間店位於觀塘漆駱駝大廈3座11樓，入到去店鋪小小，但頗具特色。下午兩點多時都仲有空位。可能係剛走咗一班office客。店鋪可以揀選嘅野食種類唔多，但招牌嘅當然係牛肉麵啦。每個餐都會配上一款小食同飲品，某些飲品則需另加錢。我就叫咗一碗紅燒牛肉麵配黃金皮蛋。不一會兒就送些黃金皮蛋，皮蛋味道濃郁，伴隨著麻辣汁嘅刺激，十分香辣。可能我比較喜歡食皮蛋，又愛麻辣，所以覺得呢款小食好好味，但真係頗為麻辣，怕辣朋友要注意。跟著就送上紅燒牛肉麵啦！！！呢碗麵真係不得了！首先佢嘅湯頭非常甜美，係真係好甜嘅甜！可能用上不同材料秘製而成，飲落濃而不膩。其次佢嘅蘿白真係好正，非常淋同入味，仲有兩三大嚿，真係好好食，係我第二鐘意嘅蘿白。最鐘意嘅當然係主角：紅燒牛肉！佢嘅牛肉入味之餘，仲要係厚切！！而且咬落帶有根，十分有咬口及軟淋，真係好好食！最重要嘅係，呢間店鋪標明沒有任何味精，全係親自熬製20幾個鐘嘅湯頭！佢嘅麵就份量正常，麵幾彈口唔錯。下次去親觀塘，我都會想再食返呢間！飲品放面我就揀咗百香

不一會兒就送些黃金皮蛋，皮蛋味道濃郁，伴隨著麻辣汁嘅刺激，十分香辣。可能我比較喜歡食皮蛋，又愛麻辣，所以覺得呢款小食好好味，但真係頗為麻辣，怕辣朋友要注意。

呢碗麵真係不得了！首先佢嘅湯頭非常甜美，係真係好甜嘅甜！
可能用上不同材料秘製而成，飲落濃而不膩。
其次佢嘅蘿白真係好正，非常淋同入味，仲有兩三大嚿，真係好好食，係我第二鐘意嘅蘿白。
最鐘意嘅當然係主角：紅燒牛肉！
佢嘅牛肉入味之餘，仲要係厚切！！而且咬落帶有根，十分有咬口及軟淋，真係好好食！最重要嘅係，呢間店鋪標明沒有任何味精，全係親自熬製20幾個鐘嘅湯頭！
佢嘅麵就份量正常，麵幾彈口唔錯。
下次去親觀塘，我都會想再食返呢間！
