I have a dream, 就是吃盡觀塘工廈的隱世美食, 然後當一個工廈美食達人, 比起單純的Foodie應該更有號召力的. (笑) 如果工廈漢堡的Ceiling是The Cool Cousins, 那麼工廈意粉的Ceiling應該就匙Pasta Zone. 意大利人自家製作的意粉, 配以簡直接的煮法, 就是很傳統而有住家感的意菜小天地, 最重要是意粉連麵包及飲品平均七八十元有交易, 還能要求些甚麼呢?我們同樣點了Orecchiette, 也就是貓耳朵粉, 屬於南意風味的Pasta, 煮出來的口感除了相當Al Dente外, 也因為沒有添加雞蛋, 麥香更重, 味道更為原始. 中間凹陷的部分亦能令汁醬困在意粉上, 也就是掛汁力強. 基本的茄汁配辣肉腸當然沒有問題, 但鯷魚橄欖油更吸引——濃烈的鹹香和辣勁, 油亮的汁醬沾在乾身的貓耳朵粉, 樸實無華, 但令人吃完一啖又一啖.Pasta Zone is operated by Italian chef and famous for her home made pasta. Pasta Zone is operated by Italian chef and famous for her home made pasta. We have tasted the orecchiette that is originated from Apulia of Southern Italy. Simple but delicious, al dente but easy to adapt. The tomato sauce with pepperoni is good enough to be the sauce as the curve can trap the sauce easily. However the olive oil with anchovy is my favorite. The strong savory taste with the spicy taste make us drooling.
