To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. # 荃灣美食 #小蓮星呑食荃灣🔻 The 5B Private Corner荃灣柴灣角街38-40號銓通工業大廈5樓B室/🧃Green day Breakfast $78 餐廳好貼心，有專為素食人士而設嘅素菜Menu，仲有幾款可以選擇。朋友揀咗green day breakfast, 內容好豐富，包括法式牛角包、炒蛋、烤珍寶蘑菇、田園沙律、茄汁豆、薯餅，首先賣相好吸引，牛角包焗到好香，酥皮夠酥脆。炒蛋好滑，沙律菜好新鮮，薯餅亦都夠趣，唔會有一陣油溢味，整體非常唔錯。/🧃甘荀湯養生紅棗蜜 +18加$18就可以變套餐，今日有甘筍湯飲，個湯好綿滑，唔會有甘筍嘅顆粒，但係都飲到甘筍嘅香甜，感覺好健康。/🧃慢煮西班牙黑毛豬配自家製蘋果醬 $148小妹呢排Keto, 本身配菜可以揀薯菜或者意粉，餐廳幫我轉做全部沙律菜，正！首先沙律菜淋左橄欖油，非常香，而且夠新鮮，份量又多。慢煮黑毛豬，成塊扒好嫩滑，肉質亦都鎖左喺豬扒入面，冇過分調味，食到豬扒本身嘅鮮嫩，除咗自家製蘋果醬，佢亦都備有芥末比客人選擇，淺嘗左一啖蘋果醬，蘋果甜味十足，可以中和到肉膩。整體來講都唔錯。#food #foodie #hkf
