Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天到九龍灣工作，找了地頭蟲朋友一起午餐；因為當天下大雨，我說想找間坐得舒服少少的餐廳，他便帶我到了這間和洋食屋～看到門面便有驚喜了！想不到工廈中有這樣格調的餐廳啊😍 店內座位挺寬敞，因為當天人客頗多，我避免其他人上鏡就沒有拍照了我點了一份午餐：香煎三文魚茶漬飯三文魚扒幾厚肉，而且燒得剛剛好，不是很鹹的那種，還有一些紫菜和脆米湯的味道不算很濃，混合紫菜和香煎鹽燒三文魚來吃，我覺得剛剛好，不會太濃味，吃下去很舒服😋跟餐可選凍檸檬薏米水，特別適合在悶熱的夏天飲呢！
