To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期在位於工廠區的client's office工作，對火炭環境不熟悉，於是和同事C隨意在網上搜尋一下，就出發了。.根據網頁的描述，心美小廚是一間意外地好吃，又多選擇的茶餐廳。.到埗，它是位於一工廠大廈地下某角落的小店，小小的白底紅字招牌，小小的門口。店內很熱鬧，看來是辦公室人員和工廠工人們的食堂。餐廳店面只有兩三名員工，要兼顧點餐、送餐、安排位置和處理外賣，看似忙碌得不可開交，熱血沸騰咁。.椒鹽碎豬扒飯 - 豬扒鬆軟，一點也不Un。味道剛好，炒很香口惹味，重口味患者必愛。另外，每個餐亦附送是日例湯。驚喜的是，例湯是養生零味精的湯水，每日不同，和平日茶餐廳用黎hea你的罐頭羅宋忌廉or味精湯不同喔。.HAHAHA,, 報告完畢。只能說，如果你不介意狹小和太忙碌的用餐環境，這裡食物的味道是不會令你失望的。
