菊月町午餐同老婆食過好幾次,每次食完都話要試吓晚餐既廚師發板,今次終於的起心肝去訂位同老婆叫左一人一個「焰月」先付—汁煮大根牛腩上菜嘅時候已經聞到好香,牛腩入口即化,大根同紅蘿蔔都吸晒牛腩嘅味道,個汁都俾我飲晒,滿口牛香跟住就係時令季節刺身五點間白配青瓜醋間白爽口鮮甜,配上青瓜醋,少少酸,個胃即時醒晒黑鯛魚身用左少少黑胡椒同埋輕輕燒過,入口焦香鰤魚腩配山藥鰤魚腩好肥美,入口即溶,成個口都係魚油,山藥帶有中和作用,冇咁油膩,好味到唔捨得吞落肚松葉蟹肉蟹膏配魚子醬鮮甜蟹肉,甘香蟹膏,咸香魚子醬,非常好嘅配搭吞拿魚腩配岩鹽紫蘇葉用紫菜包住吞拿魚腩同埋紫蘇葉一齊食,又食到魚油香味又唔會膩,又係好嘅配合,食得出師傅嘅用心漬物有喬頭、蒜頭同埋牛蒡,可以清下味蕾,繼續品嘗其他食物鐵板燒兩款甘鯛配忌廉汁呢度菜特別在魚皮連埋魚鱗一齊燒,皮脆肉嫩,加上忌廉汁,好好味鐵板鮑魚鮑魚火侯岩岩好,好腍又帶少少焦香,仲有鮑魚肝蒜茸配飯,好甘香手握壽司五貫魴鮄魚,魚肉紥實,味道清甜姬鯛配岩鹽麵豉醬,魚味本身清淡,但麵豉醬帶返出魚味赤身,冇乜魚油,反而食到魚嘅鮮甜深海池魚配芥辣,入口爽脆帶油脂,透出淡淡鮮味海膽,甘香鮮
