To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

11月荔枝角開會食過一次，覺得奇華的燉湯好正，嗰次因為1點幾先到，等位要好一些時間，同時很多選擇已賣光。今次辦妥事情未夠12點，入到去仲有大把位。大家本來諗住只係飲杯嘢，最後都敵不過燉湯的誘騙，紛紛改變主意吃午市套餐，仲加埋錢將例湯換成燉湯。其中3人分享2個套餐，好彩無額外叫多個湯，因為燉湯係一盅盅的，份量夠曬三個人飲。天氣寒寒地飲燉湯滋補，今次揀個天麻燉魚頭湯，夠曬火候充滿天麻香味，魚頭略煎過所以有點油，但係就唔覺有魚鯹味嚕，湯水鮮甜好味，好飲啊叉燒軟腍有肉汁，好食白切雞嫩滑有雞味同行友人叫枇杷鴨都好好食，整體都好食無投訴。菜膽冬菇燉豬腱湯湯水清甜有菇香
