To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約了親戚晚飯，選擇了佐敦的粤菜酒樓「彩薈軒」。餐廳就在佐敦站出口附近，非常方便。餐廳在“238中心”2樓，有扶手電梯直上，門面裝飾華麗，可用金碧輝煌來形容。樓面地方寬敞，座位舒適。我選了幾個餐廳推介的傳統粤菜，可以懷舊一番。“粟米魚肚羹”，足料魚肚，綿滑爽口，味道濃郁。“金牌脆皮燒雞”，特惠推廣菜式之一，雞皮烤得脆卜卜，特別香口。雞肉肉質鮮嫩，啖啖肉，真正做到皮脆肉嫩。“鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉”，咕嚕肉酸甜可口，肥瘦適中，配上新鮮菠蘿，拔絲糖膠，份外惹味。“得獎酒香蝦腰蒸蛋”，一大碟，份量很多，上面是鮮蝦蝦仁和櫻花蝦，下面是蒸蛋，還有冬菇及萵筍等配菜。蝦仁有超過十隻，肉質鮮甜，爽口彈牙。櫻花蝦則帶鹹香海鮮味，配上滑溜的蒸水蛋，三重口感，份外滋味。這裏的環境不俗，菜式味道佳，尤其是經典粤菜，湧現童年回憶，而且經濟實惠，是親友相聚晚餐的好地方。
