跑馬地雖然有好多西餐,但係今日係為咗呢間中式餐館而黎,門口係模仿古舊嘅中式設計,有兩塊木對聯係兩邊,跟住要行上樓梯,先可以去到餐廳我地得兩個人,所以就揀咗二人餐,因為睇落都唔少野食,就咁睇可能唔知啲食物係咩樣,員工超細心咁遞上iPad俾我地,可以睇到各款菜式嘅樣,好細心啊!!首先黎嘅係涼拌牛蒡蟲草花咖啡溏心蛋,我地每人各有一份,唔洗驚唔夠分。前者酸酸嘅醋味較濃,我個人幾鍾意,因為好開胃口,而切絲嘅牛蒡同蟲草花嘅口感好爽口,真係唔錯。隔離嘅咖啡溏心蛋,可以聞到咖啡香之餘,同時可以聞到有陣陣嘅煙薰味,食落咖啡味重,幾特別下一道菜就係菊花豆腐燉花膠,唔識嘅人就咁睇個名會以為係用埋菊花一齊燉,其實係考廚師師嘅刀功,要將軟滑又易爛嘅豆腐切成條狀,但係又唔可以切到底,如果唔係菊花就成唔到形,為咗令菊花盛放,餐廳用另外一隻碟載住一大舊花膠,個湯好清甜,加上滑溜嘅豆腐,真係好味啊,再者咬一大口嘅花膠,黏黏嘅口感,令人覺得滿滿嘅骨膠原,真係好滋補啊!!主菜可以揀三款,我地分別揀咗黑蒜白玉蒸龍躉球、蜜汁香欖骨同一口鮑魚豆腐:先上嘅係黑蒜白玉蒸龍躉球,賣相都幾精緻,不過就唔係球喇,而係微厚身嘅龍躉片,質感好
