去到九龍城,打算今晚同某人食泰國嘢,但某人收工收得夜,唯有自己行住先,睇吓有咩好食。行到去差唔多九龍城尾,見到有間裝修得幾骨子的越南嘢食,索性入去食住等啦!叫住個炭燒香茅雞翼頂頂肚先,雞翼塊皮燒到又脆又甘香,咬落肉質又幾滑,不錯。食咗一隻雞翼之後,某人終於出場了,我哋叫咗個炒飯,粒粒飯都炒得幾爽身,中間啲炸蒜令到個飯更加香口。個番茄蟹肉沙律,原來係將啲沙律放入原個番茄,賣相幾有特色,蟹肉十分之多。沙律汁好甜膩,fusion 菜可能未必個個得好欣賞佢個龍眼冰,夠清甜冰凍不在話下,龍眼肉有成三分之一杯咁多,食極都有,又爽甜。
