To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 在何文田，食物的選擇沒有很多。就似是在兩個你不想選擇的答案二擇其一。故此，撇掉隨處可見的，找到了這兒。(1) 咖哩巨人雞扒飯首先，較為欣賞迷你薯仔與咖啡一同烤焗。薯仔口感軟糯，可以輕易壓碎與醬汁混為一體。其次，醬汁偏辣具備異國風情。但加上生蔥及生芹菜實為不妥，將味蕾拉扯到原始森林，完全不搭。最後，巨人雞扒有點名過其實。兩邊脆面非常令人有食慾，但內裏可加入少許調味，當配上醬汁時會更出色。整體來說，是一個合格的快餐。但沒有很驚艷的地方。所以當你不想思考的時候，也是一個能待的地方。
