To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 成日經過荃灣廣場都見到呢間巨型牛肉飯，又聽男朋友講佢啲牛肉飯好好食，想試好耐，終於有機會食到🤤我叫左次男坊丼定食，望落啲牛肉成座山咁，原來底個啲全部都係芽菜😂。不過咁多肉，有番啲芽菜中和下個肥膩感都好。雖然牛肉塊數唔多，但塊塊都好大塊，食落好淋滑，唔嚡。個碗望落好深，但原來內籠好淺，所以飯嘅份量唔多，女仔自己可以食得哂一個😎另外叫左個豚肉丼。我自己覺得啲豬肉好食過牛肉🤣仲要有粒蛋蛋可以撈飯食最抵讚係，每個定食都有枝細枝裝纖解茶送，真係解哂肥膩😌
