食過幾次,淮山湯有時鹹啲有時淡啲,所以雖然佢話冇味精但係喊啲嘅話飲完都會覺得口渴。呢度嘅一隻餃子等於人哋一隻半,食完六隻加埋麵其實都真係好飽。煎餃煎得好香口,加上天氣熱食完湯餃仲熱,所以通常都係食煎餃。淮山麵、上海麵、米線都食過,我覺得上海麵最掛湯。椰菜木耳豬肉湯餃:蔬菜成份較高,由於佢入邊有醬料,所以都唔會太清淡。粟米冬菇豬肉煎餃:味道較濃,所以其實唔使加醋都好夠味,大大粒粟米同冬菇好足料。肉量比較多。芫荽馬蹄豬肉煎餃:芫茜控要試,同之前嗰兩款餃子比呢個比較清淡,仲有馬蹄好爽口。落單時最好重複一次,有次阿姐將我煎餃變湯餃。♻️由於呢度係用即棄筷子,所以每次我都自己帶支叉嚟食。
