To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素難以接受。熏魚,一口咬下去竟然溢出一啖淡水,明顯是製作上出了問題,是用滾水烚熟了魚塊再拿去炸,口感味道難以接受。奶油娃娃菜的做法又是一脈相承,娃娃菜用水烚熟再淋上無味的豆槳糊,咬下去一啖水喉水味,大概是烚菜的水還未煮開。嫩雞燴麵,雞肉還有雪藏腥味紅油抄手,像實肉雲吞永不錄用!!
