To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行十一人,點了約十個菜, 除了幾個菜(梅菜苦瓜,鍋貼小棠菜等 算是合格)外, 其他菜都是差到離譜。1)二百二十元的雞,約有半只是生的,咬不開,有血·。熟的味道一般,點值呢個價錢,簡直是搵笨。2)XX牛柳粒,雖然價錢Ok,約幾十元,但牛柳不嫩反而是韌,不是一兩粒,差不多全都是。皆因充滿筋, 是食材的問題。3)豬腱骨,炸到膿,又乾又沒有味道。4)什麼什麼炆飯(約百多元),聽個名好似好正,卻來了一碟徹頭徹尾的炒飯(只有菜粒,蛋白),幾經爭取,才換了一個煲仔但裝了退回到炒飯。沒啥特別,除了價錢。一餐團年飯,興致給弄得蕩然無存。不愉快的事,都想盡快忘掉,但念及可能有更多人上當,所以快把慘痛經驗公告天下,慎之,慎之!
