好多年前呢度新開嘅時候成日嚟食,自從某次食過唔好食之後就少咗嚟。媽咪話好耐冇食過,想嚟飲吓茶,咁就再嚟試吓啦老翠園煎粉果(連湯) ($30)媽咪話係翠園嘅傳統點心。即叫即炸,有4件,顏色都煎得唔錯;用料算慷慨,入面有蝦粒、仲有筍條增加口感;浸咗湯之後會冇咁油膩,整體都OK不過粉皮有啲厚川芎湯浸魚雲 ($35)有杞子、川穹、豆腐、紅棗及主角魚雲;湯嘅藥材味唔重,適合唔鍾意藥材味嘅朋友,不過我就覺得佢清咗尐喇;魚頭極之新鮮冇腥味,雖然唔算好大舊不過好肥美原隻鮑魚荷葉飯 ($45)其實唔係想食鮑魚,不過以為得一款荷葉飯,所以叫錯咗;荷葉味唔算好香濃,炒飯粒粒分明,內藏蟹肉,不過冇乜荷葉香氣甫魚滑燒賣 ($27)睇錯咗以為係魚蓉燒賣,點知睇返英文名,原來只係普通嘅燒賣;不過感覺上入面嘅肥豬肉唔多,食一粒都唔會好膩蜜汁叉燒腸 ($29)雖然料多,不過係用邊位嘅叉燒,所以好硬,唔係太好食竹笙素柚皮 ($23)一上菜以為係擺錯咗,顏色紅紅哋,好似好辣咁,而且柚皮呢?難度係同其他素菜一樣切成碎或粒撈埋一齊?原來柚皮哩咗喺底,上面鋪滿素菜粒,雖然口感幾好、唔辣、柚皮唔澀,不過個汁比較油,始終都係食慣蝦子
