好多年前呢度新開嘅時候成日嚟食,自從某次食過唔好食之後就少咗嚟。媽咪話好耐冇食過,想嚟飲吓茶,咁就再嚟試吓啦老翠園煎粉果(連湯) ($30)媽咪話係翠園嘅傳統點心。即叫即炸,有4件,顏色都煎得唔錯;用料算慷慨,入面有蝦粒、仲有筍條增加口感;浸咗湯之後會冇咁油膩,整體都OK不過粉皮有啲厚川芎湯浸魚雲 ($35)有杞子、川穹、豆腐、紅棗及主角魚雲;湯嘅藥材味唔重,適合唔鍾意藥材味嘅朋友,不過我就覺得佢清咗尐喇;魚頭極之新鮮冇腥味,雖然唔算好大舊不過好肥美原隻鮑魚荷葉飯 ($45)其實唔係想食鮑魚,不過以為得一款荷葉飯,所以叫錯咗;荷葉味唔算好香濃,炒飯粒粒分明,內藏蟹肉,不過冇乜荷葉香氣甫魚滑燒賣 ($27)睇錯咗以為係魚蓉燒賣,點知睇返英文名,原來只係普通嘅燒賣;不過感覺上入面嘅肥豬肉唔多,食一粒都唔會好膩蜜汁叉燒腸 ($29)雖然料多,不過係用邊位嘅叉燒,所以好硬,唔係太好食竹笙素柚皮 ($23)一上菜以為係擺錯咗,顏色紅紅哋,好似好辣咁,而且柚皮呢?難度係同其他素菜一樣切成碎或粒撈埋一齊?原來柚皮哩咗喺底,上面鋪滿素菜粒,雖然口感幾好、唔辣、柚皮唔澀,不過個汁比較油,始終都係食慣蝦子

太座家人搞飯局,不知何解竟然選中這店,地點頗為吊腳,入到大廈內,因其門面有點被兩邊店舖遮擋,也不易找,由於這大廈樓底不矮,所以店門口也夠高大,一雙電動玻璃搪門上就有着店名。內部環境具有這集團一貫較浮誇裝飾,天花上吊了一大型水晶燈,可惜坐位就一般性擠迫,而用具中的水壺有點選料不當,因為整個水壺均為金屬料,盛滿熱水後,壺的手把位也有點燙手,不太好拿。這晚八個人,連計甜品一共點了九款食品,食物質素尚算中規中矩,只是覺得那甜品有點創新不成反而變得有點怪。花鵰醉乳鴿,酒味不算濃,乳鴿肉質尚嫩,入口淡淡酒香算是可口,肉質雖嫩但肉地略薄,口感略為不足。清、爽、正,是用三個盅頭分開三款食品上檯,三款食品分別是手拍青瓜,海蜇頭及鮑魚,拍青瓜,味不太酸,口感清甜,但不似"拍",似切多一些;海蜇頭,口感彈牙,味道清新不錯;鮑魚爽口彈牙之餘又有咬口,鮮甜味美。脆皮牛坑腩,外皮漿粉厚薄不一,變得有點甩皮,脆口程度不足,坑腩就尚算夠淋,味道就略嫌咸了半點,相比起富豪軒的同一道菜,這裏的顯然未及水準。洋蔥頭焗骨,味道有點像醬燒骨,略帶半點甜味,骨肉均勻,肉質淋軟而有咬口,雖然洋蔥完全焗焗得熟透,但洋蔥味仍然較弱,有

嫲嫲朱古力餅配雪糕,這甜品底部是用鐵鑊加熱盛着朱古力蛋糕,再在上面加上雪糕球,以中式酒樓做這樣的甜品算是創新,可惜入口後,口感甚古怪,朱古力蛋糕十足似隔夜麵包的乾硬,雪糕球遇熱溶得很快變成水,口感就像小時候,經濟不好,早餐的隔夜麵包蘸奶水一樣,而由於用鐵鑊加熱盛着朱古力蛋糕,令朱古力蛋糕的底部有點燶焦,味道就有點苦澀,加上雪糕的糖甜,味道更覺古怪。
基本上這店的中菜還算不太差,但有些"創新"的食品就真的有待改進,這晚原意是食正常的中菜,結果就較令人失望。

薏仁芋圓珍珠爽-最後來這個清新的甜品,充份表現了台式風味,薏仁清香不膩,輕怡而不過甜,在吃過一頓豐富的晚餐後,以這個作結是非常完美。

佛跳牆
說到閩菜絕對不得不提佛條牆. 從光緒年間就已經有的菜式, 是當時官員招待按擦使周蓮所制的, 吃後讚不絕口, 官員說此名叫福壽全也, 作了一個對聯"壇啟葷香飄四鄰, 佛聞棄禪跳牆來".佛跳牆跟福壽全讀音也一樣, 所以就叫佛跳牆. 裡面的材料幾乎是跟正宗的一樣是沒有魚翅跟芋頭. 鮑魚跟花膠的味道很鮮, 還有很少能吃得到的鴿蛋, 十分美味, 想起也很想再嚐呢

其實福建很大, 除了廈門, 泉州, 漳州都有很多美食, 跟廈門的有分別. 就算大家都是在講閩南話,漳州跟泉州人說的有些口音都跟廈門甚至是台灣的都不同

這款菜式其實平常也有在吃, 燕皮其實就是以豬肉跟粉做出來的皮, 吃起來有點像魚皮餃的皮, 裡面有包餡, 很像雲吞. 福建人的雲吞叫做扁食, 因包起來不像廣東的雲吞漲鼓鼓, 都是扁身的. 我也愛吃有餡的魚丸, 福州的魚丸都很大顆呢, 此菜在香港要吃真的要特意到北角的春秧街街市才買得到, 在香港很難得才能吃得到

胡椒餅
很驚喜他們連胡椒餅也有, 熱騰騰的很香, 但就覺得裡面的牛肉有點跟台灣吃到的不同
很滑, 而台灣的則是會比較乾身, 裡面有大量的蔥, 味道很好, 如果胡椒的味道再重一點會更加好

芋圓煙韌好吃, 加上薏仁, 珍珠, 非常豐富的質感. 一碗有很多料, 吃完真的好飽
