To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好幾年前黎過呢間店幾次,印象和食物唔錯。幾年後到今日,係有失望嘅。入到去好快手要你點餸。間中幫你換碟。好快收野。食完埋單價錢共718元,比咗720佢,佢問比錢嘅朋友:,朋友好自然好快答話:,亞姐就轉身大聲地向空氣講: , 我地即時不滿佢嘅服務態度。係咪一定要比Tips? 10元20元定係要100幾十先叫滿意? 我地以前係呢間食野一直都無試過咁嘅經驗,加上現在食物還有點退步了。前個星期見到家英哥和Liza姐去過,才想起呢間店好耐無去,生日飯就選擇呢間,因為味道唔錯。結果出來係咁嘅較果。門鱔用咸酸菜煮,但可惜條鱔唔新鮮,令到全碗都唔好食。我最怕食到魚有水銀味,搞到d湯都有。其他餸菜就做得唔錯。門鱔(下圖右)苦瓜黃豆排骨湯(圖上)~出色,入味,唔太咸,好夠味,瓜軟排骨肉也軟。咸雞(下圖左)~出色。皮薄沒肥,肉嫩滑。咖哩鵝紅(下圖左上)~無咖哩味,口感煙韌應屬原創。春菜(下圖中)~出色。菜軟入味唔太咸。麻葉(下圖右)~第一次食,口感粗粗的,亞姐話係高纎食物,未食過可一試,唔難入口。我們還叫咗:炸普寧豆腐~呢個地方嘅豆腐特別出色,好滑,但外皮炸得太脆口,感覺皮厚左少少。葱椒鹽水給你浸豆腐後吃,減

我們還叫咗:

炸普寧豆腐~呢個地方嘅豆腐特別出色,好滑,但外皮炸得太脆口,感覺皮厚左少少。葱椒鹽水給你浸豆腐後吃,減熱氣。

反沙芋 ~每次來都食,一樣出色。外皮包著白沙糖去炸,一定要一口咬下去才好味。有4粒和8粒選擇。吃到中段時會問你是否有興趣下單,因為他們一次過造。

我們大部份菜都是出去放凍蟹位置下單,所以唔知每碟餸個價錢,佢地也沒主動講。她們也會主動推價貴價餸菜給你選擇。

訂枱時間下午6點,但早左半小時也給你入席。
