To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

差強人意扁意粉

平時公司有包伙食，好少出去食晏。今日有老友搵食晏，諗住揀去Delifrance，環境好Ｄ，又無咁多人無咁逼，食物應該又ＯＫ，點知今次差強人意！下次都係叫番三文治穩陣Ｄ。我叫咗個「雞肉蘑菇卷扁意粉配粟米忌廉汁」加「忌廉菠菜湯」（$42），個扁意粉睇個樣ＯＫ喎，但食落真係完成唔得，基本上佢就咁將雞肉蘑菇卷+扁意粉+粟米忌廉汁擺埋一齊上碟，Ｄ雞肉蘑菇卷無雞味又嚡口，扁意粉煙韌度ＯＫ但就好淡，而粟米忌廉汁好稀好水吓，所以真係好差。反而係個忌廉菠菜湯飲得吓，雖然唔係好滑，但至少都有菠菜味！
