To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 味道唔傳統，餐具污糟好地地香港點心硬係要加辣味落去例如鳳爪排骨飯點比細路食，但係放左辣椒係面頭蒸，辣到個細路一啖都食唔到拉絲菠蘿包淨係食到舊包入面有一舊硬實實既甜糕，完全無拉絲舖面裝修光猛，不過呢，碗碟異常污糟油膩我自己將碗碟洗左三次都未甩到油膩感最後要拜託店員幫手係後面用熱水洗先洗到如果唔係今日湊細路，細路太餓既話我一早起身走左全間舖由樓面到客人全部都係講普通話感覺唔係做香港本地人既店 可能係小紅書熱推？
