To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一差 : 服務態度差，一開叫左個小食，已經轉頭就叫轉個小食，個服務員話試下叫入面轉，點知最後話入面整左，轉唔到。轉碟小食都轉唔到，個態度好似話你叫左就要硬食嫁啦。第二差: 食物質素差，啲拉麵啲湯汁淡蓼蓼，令人唔開胃。隻拉麵熟蛋(suppose 溫泉蛋)凍到好雪櫃拎出黎咁。個海鮮拉麵啲帶子又有沙。第三差: 接受意見態度差。同佢講啲食物點點點，佢只係駁你，完全唔會聽下或者感到抱歉。雖然你地係屋村商場食店，但你做得日本野，開得咁既價錢(一個普通拉麵$58，未計加一)。唔該比番少少態度同質素。你覺得住公屋既人就要比呢啲錢食你地啲劣食?食完好火有感而發，你地簡直係侮辱緊日本食物。
