To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行行下街,行到好累,想坐低食下野休息下,媽媽話要食中菜下午茶,所以我地選擇了家傳滬曉,因為之前都食過晚飯,所以我地會覺得下午茶應該唔差,下午餐廳冇咩人,但入到去冇招呼,講左3位都叫我等等等,最後等了5-10分鐘先入到去食。下午茶餐頭盤有雞絲粉皮,主菜有三鮮炒年糕雞絲粉皮份量太少了,但粉皮好滑加上芝麻醬青瓜,好味!三鮮炒年糕有蝦仁,火腿,雞肉,菇,菜味道比較淡,蝦仁係雪藏貨,口感好硬,年糕煙煙韌軔,整體食落唔好味,因為成碟真係冇味。而且價錢偏貴,唔值六十幾蚊。

頭盤有雞絲粉皮,主菜有三鮮炒年糕
雞絲粉皮份量太少了,但粉皮好滑加上芝麻醬青瓜,好味!

味道比較淡,蝦仁係雪藏貨,口感好硬,年糕煙煙韌軔,整體食落唔好味,因為成碟真係冇味。
