To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去过最差的餐厅，没有之一。餐厅服务员明显多过厨师，服务员并不需要这么多，但厨师又明显太少，显示出管理不善。点餐上菜慢到比树獭还要夸张的。把钱投入到装潢，却少了食物质素和服务，实在是不应该。食物质量也非常一般，容量小。作为一家西餐厅，比旁边的任意一家西餐厅的西餐质量都差，服务也差。隔壁桌有人等了半天连一杯咖啡都没来。没见过这样做生意的，怪不得周末午市都只坐了一半的人。2022年去过的最差的餐厅，没有之一。
