To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已不用排長龍了

之前因為下午五時已關門而要排長龍之周記，不知何時改了朝九晚九後，多次經過已人龍不再，今次陪友人只為了紅豆綠茶流沙西多士($26)，原來下午兩點半至五點半有下午茶餐，配熱飲$32，因為窮，所以只單點一份西多士。 西多士一上枱，跟平常的沒多大分別，當一切開就有一些綠色汁液留出來，可見一些紅豆碎在內，小時候西多士是煎的，不過現在省時，因此通常是炸的，所以好多油，其實份西多無乜特別，麵包算炸得夠香口、綠茶味又不太出、紅豆碎又無乜味，只是合格。
