To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得幾年前一風堂登陸香港時已食過一次，那次印像麻麻，湯底太鹹，之後一直就冇再食過一風堂，直至它在金鐘開分店，因為金鐘太少選擇，每日Lunch Time不是大快活就是心美大家樂，開了一風堂，就理所當然做了我的飯堂。欣賞它不時有限定拉麵，岩晒愛試新事物的我。今次限定拉麵是和歌山拉麵，湯底比較油同鹹，叉燒半肥，愛肥的我至like!除了限定拉麵，其它餐牌上的拉麵很多都試過，赤丸少少辣，湯底冇咁鹹，麵質軟硬適中，是餐牌中一個比較好的選擇。
