To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全香港咁多間元氣壽司，老實講我食過唔少，亦喜歡食，但係新蒲崗呢一間食過幾次算係食物丶賣相同埋態度都唔係好嘅一間。我仲記得之前去過幾次全部都係一係漏單丶一係態度唔好丶一係啲店員掛住吹水叫極都唔過嚟。出到嚟啲壽司可以好似打過颱風一樣完全唔知入面發生過咩事🤦‍♂️。重新裝修咗火車軌之後我終於有時間可以再去一次，而家換咗一啲店員丶經理服務亦好殷勤，出到嚟啲壽司雖然唔叫好整齊但最少合情合理你到亦都相對地比以前好咗。整體嚟講進步係大嘅，希望佢哋可以繼續努力。
